Hely TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Hely TV will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Hely TV website.

Hely TV does not host, store, or upload any video content on its servers. All content accessible through this site is provided by non-affiliated third-party services. If copyrighted material appears to be accessible through our site, please follow the procedures below to have it addressed.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that copyrighted work has been infringed through our service, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL where the material appears).
4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and an email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

What Happens After a Notice Is Filed

• Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• We will make a good faith effort to contact the party that made the content available, informing them that the material has been removed or disabled.
• If the content provider believes the material was removed in error, they may file a counter-notification (see below).

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Northern District of California if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notification or their agent.

After we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, Hely TV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site and/or terminate access of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
